What is Network Marketing

Hello everyone. Who knows what network marketing is? 

If you've ever heard people talk about earning from home, building a team or running a flexible business, they may have been referring to network marketing. I've been in network marketing since 2020. It all began with Ann Summers. However, right now I'm with VivaMK World and not planning on leaving any time soon. 

People in network marketing typically earns in two ways. The first way is selling the products by promoting on social media to customers and earn commission or the second way is building a team. Recruit on social media or by flyers to join the company you are in, you may earn commission from their sales. Personally I have not build a team just promote VivaMK products on social media, Ebay and blogs. VivaMK uses a network marketing model. This is how it works;

👉 I joined Viva MK World as an independent distributor or business partner back in 2024

👉 I started to promote products in a Facebook group first then eventually promoting products on Instagram, Facebook page and profile and TikTok

👉 Customers order products via my webshop link which earns me commission..partners can arm around 25% -35% commission 

👉 If I want to in the future I can start to build a team-can earn extra when team sells 

Why did I started network marketing back in 2020;

✨ Being able to fit around appointments 

✨ Flexible hours

✨ Work from home 

✨ Free or low start up cost (I joined VivaMK World as an online partner which is free!)

✨ Earning extra income even if it’s little commission 

VivaMK promotes flexibility and community to support each partner. 

Being in network marketing there will be cons and pros. The pro side of network marketing:

👉 Easy to start 

👉 Flexible (fit around your life)

👉 No need for a physical shop 

👉 Team support and training

The con side of network marketing 

👉 Income can vary each month 

👉 Requires effort and consistency 

👉 Success might depends on both sales and team building 

In the past I had people coming to me saying that VivaMK is a pyramid scheme. Even though it looks similar I can reassure you it’s a legit network marketing. Take me for example I have earned commission without building a team only selling real physical products. We are a people’s business.

Like any business I say do your research. Understand the pay plan before you consider to join. Set yourself realistic expectations. 

At the end of the day people dislike network marketing as they don’t see results straight. Treat network marketing as a real business. Put the work and results will come to you.

October goals

 It’s a new month. Meaning time to set goals for October. Have a think about your October goals  Reflection on September; 1: What were my biggest wins in September? My biggest wins in September were starting my 1:1 peer support with MIND and having two customer orders 2: What challenges did I face and how did I handle them? People testing my boundaries I just told them how I felt and stop talking to them. I got triggered while talking to that person  3: Which habits or routines worked well and which ones need adjusting?
