October goals

 It’s a new month. Meaning time to set goals for October. Have a think about your October goals 

Reflection on September;

1: What were my biggest wins in September? My biggest wins in September were starting my 1:1 peer support with MIND and having two customer orders

2: What challenges did I face and how did I handle them? People testing my boundaries I just told them how I felt and stop talking to them. I got triggered while talking to that person 

3: Which habits or routines worked well and which ones need adjusting? I started to journal in September to help with mental health side of things. Need to come up with a regular schedule 

4: What did I learn about myself last month? That I will not be my old self again building a new version of myself everyday 

5: If I could redo one thing from September what would it be? Meeting Paul Zerdin 

October intentions & mindset:

6: What word of theme will guide me this October? Growth and balance

7: How do I want to feel by the end of this month? I want to feel unstoppable 

8: What am I most excited about this October? Improving both mental and physical health. Also growing my small business 

9: What’s one mindset shift I want to work on this month? Mind over matter 

10: What limiting belief am I ready to let go of? FND is t inside my head 

Goal Setting:

11: What are my top three priorities for October? Myself, family/friends and business

12: What specific goal do I want to achieve in my personal life? My personal life goal is knowing how to regulate my emotions better in October 

13: What professional or business goals am I setting for this month? Growing my social media and setting small order each week 

14: How will I measure my progress? I will keep a journal measuring my progress that way. Also making sure to check it regularly to see what changed and what haven’t 

15: What small daily actions will move me closer to my goals? Being consistent on social media and engaging with other social media posts. I will write down my emotions so I’m not bottling them in

Lifestyle & Wellbeing 

16: How can I incorporate more seasonal joy (like autumn activities) into my month? Trying new things this month like apple cider 

17: What self care practices will I focus on this October? Walking in woodland areas hearing the crunch of the leaves 

18: How will I support my mental health during the change of season? Learning to say no. I need to also make sure I know my boundaries and respect them 

19: What’s one new hair I want to try this month? Rediscovering things I use to enjoy 

20: What’s one bad habit I’d like to break? Biting my nails 

Looking ahead:

21: Where do I hope to be by Halloween? By Halloween I would like to know the different techniques to regulating emotions 

22: How can I set myself up for a stronger finish to the year? Giving myself encouragement each day 

23: What’s one goal I want to start preparing for now that’s due in November or December? Resting the small exercises I learned at physio to help me walk for at least 30 minutes 

24: What’s one way I can challenge myself outside my comfort zone this month? Doing a live on my business group

25: At the end of October how will I celebrate my progress? Treating myself to a coffee or doing something I enjoy
