- What does my ideal day look like in 2026, and what needs to change now to make it real? I want my ideal day to look like is being productive from the moment I wake up at the moment I struggle to be productive when I wake up and my mornings are lazy. Think I need to read motivating quotes each morning
- Which habits from 2025 am I carrying forward—and which am I leaving behind? The habits I’m bringing with me from 2025 to 2026 is scheduling posts each day. My healthy eating habits. The one habit I’m leaving behind is over worrying and being over stressed
- How do I want to feel daily in 2026 (calm, confident, energised, fulfilled)? I want to feel confident, calm and energised daily
- What boundaries do I need to protect my time, energy, and mental health? The boundary I need to practice more is being able to say no and put my foot down more often
- What does “success” mean to me personally in this next season of life? To me success means achieving those small wins as well as big wins
- How will I prioritise health, rest, and personal growth in 2026? In 2026 I’m gonna be listening to my body more often. If I have a busy few days I’ll have a rest day to recharge my body
- What fears or limiting beliefs am I ready to release? The fear of letting FND having full control over my life. Even though I did one little bit last year I need to do more. Adjust days out to suit me better
- Who do I want to become by the end of 2026—and why? I want to become a more independent person by the end of 2026 learning how to do things more one handed. It will help to boost my confidence about living on my own in the future
- How will I measure personal progress beyond money or productivity? I’m gonna be journaling more every night before bed that how I will track personal progress
- What legacy am I intentionally building through my everyday choices? Awareness. Building a better future life for me
