 As each year goes by, Halloween has become than just costumes and sweets-it’s a full on celebration of creativity, community and spooky fun.  It’s a new month. Meaning time to set goals for October. Have a think about your October goals  Reflection on September; 1: What were my biggest wins in September? My biggest wins in September were starting my 1:1 peer support with MIND and having two customer orders 2: What challenges did I face and how did I handle them? People testing my boundaries I just told them how I felt and stop talking to them. I got triggered while talking to that person  3: Which habits or routines worked well and which ones need adjusting? I started to journal in September to help with mental health side of things. Need to come up with a regular schedule  4: What did I learn about myself last month?
